1. Introduction

Welcome to Marble Keys — the real estate listings platform operated by Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), accessible via our website at Marble Keys.com and our mobile application on Android and iOS.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marble Keys website, mobile app, and all related services. By registering an account, posting a listing, or browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of Marble Keys immediately.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  1. "Platform" refers to the Marble Keys website, mobile application, and all associated services.
  2. "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Platform.
  3. "Listing" refers to any property advertisement, description, image, price, or related information posted by a User on the Platform.
  4. "Agent" refers to any licensed real estate agent or broker who registers on the Platform to post or manage Listings.
  5. "Owner" refers to any individual who posts a Listing directly as the property owner without acting as a registered agent.
  6. "Content" means any text, images, video, data, or other material submitted to the Platform by Users.
  7. "Personal Data" has the meaning given to it under applicable data protection legislation.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Marble Keys, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your name, valid email address, and phone number.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  4. You must notify Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  5. You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity without prior written approval from the Company.
  6. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion.

4. Property Listings — Rules and Responsibilities

Marble Keys is a listings platform that connects buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and agents. By posting a Listing, you agree to the following:

  1. All Listing information — including property type, area, price, amenities, and location — must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  2. You must have the legal right or authority to list the property (as owner, authorised agent, or with the owner's written consent).
  3. Duplicate Listings for the same property are not permitted.
  4. Listings must not contain offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
  5. Images and media uploaded must be authentic representations of the listed property and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  6. The Company does not verify the accuracy of Listing details and disclaims all liability for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or disputes arising from Listing content.
  7. The Company reserves the right to remove any Listing that violates these Terms without notice or refund.

5. Agents and Brokers

Users who register as Real Estate Agents or Brokers agree to the following additional obligations:

  1. You must possess a valid real estate licence or registration where required by the laws of your operating jurisdiction.
  2. You must comply with all applicable laws including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 (RERA) if operating in India.
  3. You must disclose your RERA registration number on all applicable Listings as mandated by law.
  4. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and lawfulness of all Listings posted under your account.
  5. Misrepresentation of qualifications, licensing status, or credentials will result in immediate account termination.

6. RERA Compliance

Marble Keys operates as a listing aggregation platform and does not act as a developer, promoter, or agent under the RERA Act 2016. The following applies to all Listings on the Platform:

  1. Project developers, builders, and Real Estate Agents are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining RERA registration as applicable.
  2. All mandatory disclosures under RERA — including project registration numbers, carpet area, completion timelines, and encumbrances — must be accurately disclosed in the Listing.
  3. Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee that any Project or Agent listed on the Platform is RERA-registered or compliant.
  4. Users are strongly advised to independently verify RERA registration via the official state RERA websites before making any purchase, sale, or rental decisions.
  5. The Company shall not be liable for any claims, cancellations, or losses arising from non-compliance with RERA by any Developer, Agent, or Promoter.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

  1. Posting false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive Listings or Content.
  2. Contacting other Users for purposes unrelated to genuine property transactions.
  3. Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other Users via any channel including email, SMS, or in-app messaging.
  4. Scraping, harvesting, or collecting User data from the Platform by automated or manual means without prior written consent.
  5. Uploading viruses, malware, or any code that could disrupt the Platform or harm other Users.
  6. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
  7. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
  8. Impersonating any person, entity, or real estate agent on the Platform.

8. Communication, Do Not Call, and Anti-Spam

  1. By providing your phone number on Marble Keys, you consent to receiving calls and messages from other registered Users in connection with genuine property enquiries.
  2. You agree to comply with the Do Not Call (DNC) registry laws of your country and the country of any User you contact. You must check the applicable DNC registry before making telemarketing calls or sending promotional messages to any number listed on the Platform.
  3. Spam — defined as unsolicited bulk commercial messages sent via email, SMS, or in-app messaging — is strictly prohibited on this Platform.
  4. You indemnify Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. against all penalties, claims, or liabilities arising from your breach of DNC registry laws or anti-spam legislation in any jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Platform that is not submitted by Users — including the Marble Keys brand, logo, design, software, database, and editorial content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from the Company.
  3. By submitting Content (including Listing photos, descriptions, and media) to the Platform, you grant Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
  4. You represent and warrant that any Content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

  1. Marble Keys collects and processes Personal Data as described in our Privacy Policy , which forms part of these Terms.
  2. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  3. You may request deletion of your account and associated Personal Data by emailing our designated administrator at Admin — gazelleinternet@gmail.com with the subject line "DELETE ACCOUNT".
  4. Upon receipt of your deletion request, your Personal Data will no longer be collected, used, or displayed on the Platform, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
  5. You indemnify Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. against any penalties arising from your own breach of data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Certain features of Marble Keys — including featured Listings, premium subscriptions, and agent tools — may require payment. For full details, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. The following general terms apply:

  1. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and are subject to their respective terms.
  3. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
  4. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Removal of a Listing for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Third-Party Links and Content

  1. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.
  2. Third parties may link to our Platform only if the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and is contextually appropriate.
  3. You may not create frames around any page of the Platform that alter its visual presentation without prior written permission from the Company.
  4. Organisations wishing to link to the Platform should submit a written request to gazelleinternet@gmail.com. Please allow 2–3 weeks for a response.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gazelle Internet OPC Pvt. Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Platform.
  2. The Company does not verify Listing details, property titles, ownership claims, or legal encumbrances. Users must conduct independent due diligence before entering into any property transaction.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  5. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

14. Account Termination

  1. You may delete your account at any time by following the process set out in our Account Deletion Policy .
  2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.
  3. On termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Listings and Content may be removed at the Company's discretion.
  4. Persistent breach of these Terms may result in legal action under applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.

15. Grievance Redressal

For grievances, complaints, or disputes arising from the use of the Platform, please refer to our Grievance Redressal Policy. You may also write directly to:

  3. We aim to acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days of receipt.

16. Cookies

  2. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  3. You may configure your browser to decline cookies, though this may affect certain features of the Platform.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
  3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
