Content Policy

1. Purpose

This Content Policy explains what Users may and may not post on Marble Keys. It applies to all content uploaded, submitted, shared, or displayed on the Platform, including property listings, descriptions, photographs, videos, profile information, comments, messages, documents, and promotional material.

Our goal is to maintain a trustworthy, lawful, and useful real estate platform for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, owners, agents, and brokers.

2. Scope of Content

This Policy applies to, without limitation:

1. Property titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and amenities.
2. Property images, videos, floor plans, brochures, and documents.
3. User profile names, business names, logos, and agent credentials.
4. Messages, enquiries, replies, reviews, and other communications on the Platform.
5. Advertisements, banners, promotions, and links shared through the Platform.

3. Content Standards

All content published on Marble Keys must be:

1. Accurate — factually correct and not misleading.
2. Lawful — compliant with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
3. Relevant — directly related to genuine real estate activity.
4. Respectful — free from abusive, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory material.
5. Original or authorised — owned by you or used with valid permission.

4. Permitted Content

Examples of content generally permitted on the Platform include:

1. Genuine property sale, rental, lease, and resale listings.
2. Truthful information about property size, location, pricing, furnishing, and amenities.
3. Authentic photographs and videos of the listed property.
4. Valid agent, broker, or owner profile details relevant to the listing.
5. Lawful responses to enquiries from interested buyers, tenants, or sellers.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

1. False, deceptive, manipulated, or fraudulent property listings.
2. Listings for properties you are not authorised to advertise.
3. Duplicate, spammy, excessive, or misleading postings for the same property.
4. Offensive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or hateful content.
5. Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or unlawful financial schemes.
6. Sexually explicit material or content unrelated to real estate services.
7. Fake reviews, fake enquiries, impersonation, or fabricated credentials.
8. Content designed to mislead Users about ownership, pricing, approvals, or availability.
9. Unauthorised collection or disclosure of another person’s personal information.
10. Malware, harmful code, suspicious links, phishing content, or system abuse.

6. Listing-Specific Rules

1. Every listing must relate to a real, currently available, and lawful property transaction.
2. Prices, location, configuration, area, and amenities must be stated clearly and truthfully.
3. Photos must accurately represent the listed property and must not be materially edited to mislead Users.
4. You must not post placeholder listings solely to collect leads or redirect Users elsewhere.
5. Required legal disclosures, approvals, or registration details must be included wherever applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

1. You may upload only content that you own or are legally authorised to use.
2. You must not copy photographs, descriptions, floor plans, logos, brochures, or branding from third parties without permission.
3. If content infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, it may be removed without notice.

8. User Communication Rules

1. Users may communicate only for genuine property-related purposes.
2. Spam, repeated unsolicited outreach, abusive messaging, or lead harvesting is prohibited.
3. You must not use the Platform to send bulk promotions, scams, or irrelevant commercial offers.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

Marble Keys may, at its sole discretion:

1. Review, restrict, unpublish, or remove content that appears to violate this Policy.
2. Request clarification, corrections, ownership proof, or supporting documentation.
3. Suspend visibility of listings pending review.
4. Warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.
5. Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required.

10. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on the Platform is false, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise in breach of this Policy, you may report it to our administrator at gazelleinternet@gmail.com .

Reports should include sufficient detail such as the listing URL, profile name, description of the issue, and supporting evidence where available.

11. Repeat Violations

1. Repeated posting of prohibited content may result in permanent account suspension.
2. Removal of content or account suspension does not create any right to refund.
3. Serious violations may lead to immediate removal without prior warning.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Content Policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. Continued use of Marble Keys after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
