Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments made on Marble Keys for premium features, subscriptions, and paid services may be cancelled or refunded.

By purchasing any paid service on the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

2. Scope of Paid Services

This Policy applies to, including but not limited to:

  1. Featured listings or promoted property placements.
  2. Subscription plans for agents, brokers, or businesses.
  3. Lead generation or visibility enhancement services.
  4. Any other paid tools, upgrades, or promotional services offered on the Platform.

3. General Refund Policy

  1. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.
  2. Once a paid service is activated, delivered, or consumed (fully or partially), no refund shall be issued.
  3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only to the original payment method.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
  2. Payment processed successfully but service not activated due to a system failure.
  3. Incorrect amount charged due to a verified billing error.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  1. Change of mind after purchase.
  2. Low response, low leads, or unsatisfactory results from listings or promotions.
  3. Removal or restriction of listings due to violation of Platform policies.
  4. User error, including incorrect selection of service or plan.
  5. Partial usage or early termination of subscription plans.

6. Cancellation Policy

  1. Users may choose not to renew subscription-based services at the end of their billing cycle.
  2. Cancellation requests do not entitle the User to a refund for any unused portion of the service period.
  3. Once a service has been purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled for refund purposes.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, Users must contact the administrator at gazelleinternet@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.

The request must include:

  1. Full name and contact details.
  2. Registered email or phone number.
  3. Transaction ID and payment details.
  4. Description of the issue.
  5. Supporting evidence (if applicable).

8. Processing Timeline

  1. Refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
  3. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

9. Payment Gateways

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Any delays, failures, or disputes arising from payment processing are subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.

10. Abuse of Policy

The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests or restrict accounts where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity related to refunds or payments is suspected.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of paid services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
